Perfect for Couples Seeking Comfort
The breakfast was superb, really enjoyed the French toast on the second day, it was exactly what I needed. Staff at breakfast were so friendly, felt like they really cared about making my stay better.
It wasn't the cheapest option,, but it was still acceptable for what I got.

Lovely Stay with Minor Tweaks Needed
We enjoyed a pleasant 2-night family getaway. The standard double room was comfortable, though we found the ironing board a tad intrusive—hiding it under the bed made a noticeable difference. The Wi-Fi connection required frequent re-entry on the TV, which was mildly inconvenient. a great stay!

Great Stay with Room for Improvement
We enjoyed a cozy stay in the well-appointed double room, but the breakfast experience fell short. Arriving slightly late, we missed the breakfast despite eager anticipation. Future guests should be mindful of the strict 10 am cutoff. The location is peaceful and accessible.

Loved the stunning design of our room! The breakfast was divine, especially the fresh pastries. Just a bit noisy at night from nearby activities, but totally worth it! 😊

The charming decor and cleanliness of the room were impressive, and the warm staff made the experience even better. Breakfast was a highlight, though the absence of parking caused some inconvenience for luggage. Still, delightful details like fresh milk in the fridge added a nice touch.

can't wait to come back
We stayed in a superior double room. The room was spacious with stylish decor and had an amazing free-standing bath tub. Breakfast included granola with fresh fruit and a full English that was top-notch. Staff were super friendly and attentive. The restaurant next door had delicious food and live music was a bonus!

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Old Hastings, making it easy to explore local attractions like the beach and restaurants. The staff were attentive and even provided an early breakfast for us, which really appreciated during our busy visit. The room was beautifully decorated and spacious, complete with a fridge stocked with fresh milk for our tea, which was a lovely touch. Only downside was the tricky door lock that made getting back in late at night a bit annoying.

The Deluxe Double Room with Bath features a charming roll-top bath that adds a touch of luxury to the stay. The overall aesthetic is quite inviting, making it easy to unwind after a long day.
Finding the house proved a bit tricky, as it’s not very visible from the street, requiring a couple of laps around the block. The absence of an elevator is a minor hassle for hauling luggage, and the noise from rowdy visitors can be disturbing, especially on weekend nights. breakfast timing is rather tight, with hot options unavailable if you arrive past 10am, which is early for a Sunday. It’d be nice to have a cappuccino option instead of just French press coffee to kickstart the day.
